Did it all over the phone. My first and very easy experience. Ended up paying way less than I expected to have to pay for my car insurance and i still have the ability to lower it with time even with being a new and young driver. Also went back for renters insurance which was new to me and helped lower my car insurance. Also an easy process and made it easy to understand what I needed to do and what it helped with. Would highly recommend if looking for cheap and reliable insurance. Specifically Matt was the one who helped me and was very patient through all my questioning and interrogating.
