Kylie was born in Waterford, Michigan, and spent the first nine years of her life there before moving to Washington Township, where she currently resides. This fall, she will begin studying Business and Advertising at Michigan State University, combining her academic path with real-world experience at the agency. Kylie’s understanding of the insurance industry runs deep—she’s spent the past eight years learning alongside her father as he built and scaled his agency. With his mentorship, she’s developed a strong foundation and insight into the industry, which she now brings to her role as Social Media Marketing Manager. What excites Kylie most about her work is the opportunity to apply what she’s learning in school to real-time marketing strategies. She’s passionate about growing the agency’s brand and making meaningful contributions to its mission of delivering a white-glove customer service experience. Outside of work, Kylie loves playing pickleball with her dad and grandfather, staying active through fitness, and spending quality time with her family. Her guilty pleasure? A good Netflix binge. She also has a natural talent for building and nurturing relationships—something that shines through in both her personal and professional life. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Kylie at the gym or enjoying time up north at her family’s cabin, soaking in the beauty of northern Michigan from the lake. She’s also passionate about giving back—especially through animal rescue organizations and mentoring programs for children with special needs, which she was involved with during her time at Eisenhower High School."
